We a a Chain of Beauty Salons based in Victoria, Pimlico, Clapham Junction, Streathem & Beckenham.
And we are urgently looking for 2 Massage Therapists to join our team of Beauty Perfectionists and work at one of our salons at weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday & Monday, or even 1 or 2 days).

We are paying between between £10-£15 per Hour depending on experience; there is also Commission and Percentage Spilt Option.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for 2 Experienced Beauty Therapists who are also very Competent in Waxing and can perform all Level 2/3 treatments to work in one pf our London salons Full-Time, Part-time & Weekends.

We are Sole Beauty Group and have beauty boutiques in London Victoria, Pimlico, Clapham Junction, Streatham and Beckenham.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Qualified to minimum Level 2 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or Equivalent Qualifications
- Have at least 3 Years’ Experience of working in a salon (outside of college)
- Be Competent in Waxing (especially in Hollywood & Brazilian)**A MUST
- Competent in performing relaxing Facial's and Facial analysis
- Excellent communicator with good customer service skills
- Be self-managed, self-initiator with the ability to solve problems
- Motivated and passionate with a genuine interest in doing varied beauty treatments
- Be extremely well-groomed and presentable
- Have Great Retail ability or be willing to learn and adapt to Product Retailing
- Good spoken English is expected for building rapport with clients

DESIRABLE (BUT NOT ESSENTIAL):
- Competent in doing Gel Polish Nails (Shellac type)
- Competency and qualified to perform Body Massage including lymphatic drainage (with NVQ Level 3)
- Competent in doing Threading including Eyebrow Threading
- Skilled in doing Individual Eyelash Extensions (Nouveau Lash type or alike)

SALARY & BENEFITS:
We are offering £10-£12/Hour depending on which treatments you offer.

Also we offer Commission on Target & Product Retail; other Incentives includes Additional Training & Business Development & Marketing.

Your main role (in the salon) will include:

- Creating a great customer experience

- Answering the phone and replying to email inquiries

- Rebooking and promoting other services from the front desk

- Dealing with Complaints and responding to reviews

- Assisting the Beauticians with re-booking of their clients

- Managing In-house promotion and window displays

- Managing the company's Social Media pages

- Plus other relating duties to improve the company's image and increase revenue

Key Skills & Person Specification:

- Good telephone manner and friendly demeanor

- Good use of initiation and quick thinking

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

- Good writing skills and experience in emailing clients

- Accurate in taking Information and remembering Tasks

- Friendly, sociable individual and one of a teachable spirit

Desirable Skills (but not essential):

- Ability to do basic Beauty treatments

- Social Media or blogging skills

- Knowledge in Business or Sales & Marketing

- Previous Managerial Experience

- Knowledge in use of Microsoft Access

Benefits & Rewards:

- OTE of 30k, with Basic £22k-£24k per Annum (depending on experience)
