Stephen Ridal first started his career in Sheffield’s leading city center salon. He eventually saw the opportunity to advance his career by working for Steiner hair and beauty spas on some of the world's most luxurious cruise ships. His first being the QE2 ( As it was then!) then transferred to cruises in Los Angeles, Mexico, and eventually the Caribbean and Miami, Florida the cruise capital. On his return to London Stephen joined the Steiner Hair and Beauty Academy where his skills and experience were employed in training staff for the cruise ships around the world. Stephen then gained experience by working as an Art Director for TV & celebrity hairdresser Andrew Collinge at the Harrods Salon Knightsbridge. Since opening the salon in Barnes it has undergone a major transformation with a total refit and extension complete with private terrace at the rear of the salon, which creates a perfect relaxing haven for the clients to enjoy. With thanks to the amazing highly professional team, and of course, the fabulous clients the ultimate hair salon experience has been created right in the heart of Barnes. You can feel within the team the experience & knowledge you’ll be in safe hands.

Olivia was over her washed out summer hair and wanted a dramatic new image for autumn. Janet went to work on darkening her base with a touch of warmth .. we think she nailed it!

We’re so happy to welcome Jehona back to Stephen & Co after a year away on maternity leave.
Our Style Director Jo will be back behind the chair from Thursday 3rd September, working Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.
