The practice is built around 12 key asana postures.
Each week, we will introduce a new posture, gradually building the sequence and allowing your body to develop strength, flexibility, balance and awareness.
Alongside the physical practice, we bring chakra awareness into the postures, connecting movement, breath and our subtle energy system..
