.co have been distributing funds on the grounds to the victims of the Lekki Massacre last night and the continued attacks in Nigeria today. For context the money spent on medical bills, blood and hospital bills in the past 24 hours is equivalent to about £20,742.12. There will be more needed for those people and I ask that everyone spreads awareness, donates, whatever they can. Before I am a nail tech I am a Black British-Nigerian woman. My people back home are suffering for simply asking for human rights. Please help in any way you can. I’m not going to stop talking about it so if you don’t wanna hear anymore, please unfollow me . MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS DAY.

People that know me personally will know that mental health is something I have struggled with personally, namely depression and self harm and it is extremely important to keep this conversation going. I’m pleased to say it is great that we are able to talk more openly about our mental health but we aren’t completely there yet. If you’re someone that has dealt or is dealing with mental health issues, you are not alone. There is always someone to talk to. I’m still working on myself and I will for a long time but there are people and services out there to help if need be.
