For many years iv suffered with my mental, physical and emotional health, been through many forms of abuse, grief and trauma.
Spent years in hospital appointments being pumped full of posion, watched my child do the same and got to the point I felt there was no way out.
As someone always interested in natural healing and spirituality I decided to take control slowly healing my son and myself. Breaking out of a system set to destroy us, living life on our terms healthy and happy!
Iv now dedicated my life to help others do the same as a reiki master. Healer, holistic life coach, therapist, studied nutrition and frequency and working in partnership with the best evidence based nutrition in the world!
