Lavinia has recently been joined by creative talent Nicky Cullum, who with seven years experience working as a creative project manager in the ever-lively world of magazine publishing, brings a bright and sparkly attitude to the team. Having worked on prestigious UK titles Cosmopolitan, ELLE, Red, Psychologies and ELLE Decoration – Nicky has the client knowledge and organisational skills to know what makes clients tick when it comes to photoshoots. The team also consists of the lovely Francine Forde, who as an ex-model is an industry pro and looks after LHA's fabulous make-up artists and stylists. And then there's Julie Hollywood, whose glittering past in event management and production helps complete a fearless but friendly dynamic.
