For our first instalment, I’ve teamed up with Lucy founder of to host a relaxing and restorative Yoga Session.

The Sunday Sessions are all about slowing down, taking a moment for yourself, and connecting with others in a calm, welcoming environment. In a world that rarely stops, these sessions are designed to encourage mindfulness, wellbeing, and meaningful social interaction.

Lucy’s ethos centres around slowing down, being present, and reconnecting with both yourself and those around you, making her the perfect collaboration for Bridie Thorne Hairdressing and The Haybarn.

Join us for a peaceful morning of movement, relaxation, tea, coffee, light breakfast and conversation in the beautiful surroundings of the barn. We can’t wait to welcome you.

As promised Marley had also finished his 2nd commission in the barn, my very own Pegasus. Marley is always reminding me to never settle, and when things get too much he is always there for support and to push me back up.

7 years ago I was working out the boot of my car, travelling to Gloucester for a £15 hair cut, and this weekend I’m dressing my very own barn. The sky really is the limit.
