Just a little heads-up—I’ll be off from 25th Aug to 1st Sept recharging my batteries 🔋✨. This week’s diary is totally bananas, and the last slot standing is Saturday the 23rd at 4:15 pm (either a full hour or 2x 30-mins).

Back in action on 2nd Sept—so if I don’t see you before then, have the best bank holiday weekend ever 🎉. Can’t wait to catch up when I’m back!

The face muscles I work on during facial treatments to maximising the full potential! and also, I hope by sharing these will help anyone who would like to work on their face muscles at home.

Even though our face has 43 muscles. Other than working on the frontalis (the forehead), I love concentrating on few of the muscles the number one muscle is masseter. As the masseter located vertically on the side of the cheeks, I work on these muscle vertically by massaging upward- towards our temporal as masseter is the largest and the strongest facial muscle that helps other cheeks muscles located horizontally (zygomaticus, buccinator, risorius and platysma) on our cheeks to produce certain movement are call synergists. If you keep these muscles strong! Guess what going to happen? Not only it will plump, firm and it will also be strong enough to lift our lips muscles (Orbicularis Oris )! So… much defined lips could be achieved Yo …say what lip filler?

I apologise if this sounds complicated… Just massage your face against the gravity and be very careful on massaging on eyes area and use the ring finger which provides the least pressure on the skin!
