Last night’s full moon eclipse was beautiful, potent and intense.

I couldn’t sleep and got woken throughout the night to see it move across the sky.

I surrendered to its energy and intention and let it do what it needed to.

I woke this morning feeling disorientated, tired, lacking motivation or focus.

It’s tempting to push through anyway, but I’ve learnt to ride these waves and listen to my body closely.

I need to feel, rest and allow the flow to return in its own time.

So this is me having to lie down on the floor this afternoon as my body continues to process what’s happened energetically.
