In my experience, it always comes back to grief.

It’s such a powerful emotion. It can be wholly disarming and overwhelming and that’s why we can’t feel it in its full force all in one go.

It takes time to feel and release and we must honour that.

There are layers and there is so much depth, so we just take one step at a time, when we are ready.

They say that change is constant and I say that grief is the companion of change.

The more we accept that and let ourselves feel it, the better it will be for us in all areas of our lives.

Join us this Saturday morning for a special parent and child Creative Release session in a beautiful private garden in East Finchley.

At 10am we begin on the grass with a short meditation followed by a deeply relaxing, kid-friendly, 30 minute Sound Bath.

The meditation and Sound outside and on the earth are going to open you up so beautifully, ready for the intuitive art section where you’ll get to express yourself freely using the artistic mediums of your choice.

This is not an art class, it is an incredible session designed to remove the blocks to your creative energy and your soul’s true expression, allowing it to release and communicate with you.

Charlotte B can then interpret the hidden message and deeper meaning behind what you create.

Yesterday I had the most amazing photo shoot with Kris from 

On paper it looked like a standard photo shoot to generate photos for me to use for my business and social media but it was actually something so much deeper and more meaningful for me. 

A very long time ago, I learnt to cope with life as best as I could by becoming invisible and silencing myself. 

I’ve experienced body shaming and humiliation from multiple people throughout my life, I have dealt with jealousy that was projected so powerfully, I believed there was something wrong with me and it felt so awful, I hid. 

For the past 5 years, I have fiercely dedicated my time to my healing and recovery in all areas of my life and visibility has been a big wound.

My experience with Kris has been exceptional. Her communication prior to the shoot, her questionnaire and her energy makes it absolutely clear that she is there to truly understand you, who you are, what your business means to you and she is totally dedicated to creating photos and videos that capture your true essence. 

She is so gentle yet wholly empowering. She is a true champion of you and that’s why I could let go in the way that I did, moving in ways I only have ever done in private and there I was doing it in a public space. I felt so free.

Kris respected all of my wishes for the shoot and adapted phenomenally well to the weather which was so challenging, but you could never tell from the photos that she captured…and these are just a few of them.

I am so, so grateful to Kris and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for professional photographs for themselves and/or their business. She’s phenomenal.

What a morning already!

Got caught in a huge, glorious, cleansing downpour on the way back from school and then I saw Mr Motivator going into the local Sainsbury’s! 🤩

And motivated I am!
