If your evenings feel like a mad dash plus a half-finished to-do list, try this.
A tiny ritual.
Five minutes.
Zero fuss.
Step 1: Put your phone somewhere you can’t see it judging you.
Step 2: Warm a few drops of oil between your hands. Breathe. Slowly.
Step 3: Press it into your shoulders, neck, chest. Let the chamomile, hinoki, copaiba and lavender do the heavy lifting.

Reading a label shouldn’t require a PhD.
If you want to avoid nonsense, here’s the faster version.
Ingredients must be listed in order of highest to lowest.
If your “luxury argan blend” has argan at the bottom, you’ve just paid for scented carrier oil.
“Parfum” alone isn’t enough.
If allergens aren’t listed, ask why.
Latin plant names are your friends.
They’re how you know the brand isn’t using mystery “fragrance oil no. 7”.
Once you know how to read an INCI list, you’ll never look at a cheap oil the same way again.

Those conversations planted the seeds for ME WELL™ long before I knew I’d start a brand.

Most people don’t realise what’s missing from the body oils they buy.
Not what’s inside the bottle.
What’s missing from the label.
Because when a brand proudly lists “argan + coconut + jojoba”… and then quietly forgets the rest, that’s not minimalism. That’s a disappearing act.
If the ingredients aren’t listed in INCI, if the allergens are mysteriously absent, and if the order of ingredients reads like a horoscope (“listed in no particular order”), that’s not transparency. That’s a red flag in a pretty bottle.
I spent years working with real skin and real clients. Trust me. What’s missing matters.
