It was a privilege to have Fiona MacNeill join us, sharing her reflections on how far breast reconstruction has come and where it’s heading next.

As a pioneer in oncoplastic breast surgery and former consultant at The Royal Marsden, Fiona has spent decades shaping the way we approach reconstruction and patient care. 

Hearing her speak about the evolution of techniques, and seeing today’s results in practice, is a powerful reminder of what collaboration and innovation can achieve.

And perhaps most telling — her words on wishing she were still practising in today’s environment, with the tools and technologies now available to further elevate patient outcomes.
