NEW SCRUNCHIES
✨
Some of these are made using leftover fabric from my interiors projects, so they’re a lovely way to give those smaller pieces a new life. I’ll have them with me at Black Culture Market this Sunday, first chance to see them in person!

Very happy to finally show you my new cushions in person!

They’re made with my own fabric designs, and I’ll be bringing them along to Black Culture Market ® this Sunday.

A stack of books and a scrunchie in hand, basically my kind of Sunday 📚

What are you reading at the moment? I could use a recommendation 👀

A little glass of colour, texture and cherry charm 🍒 Our scrunchie is coming along for the evening.

How would you style yours?

A little colour, a little pattern and a lot of personality! ☀️
One thing we will always love is mixing prints. Our cushions are made using beautiful African-inspired fabrics, playing with different colours, textures and finishes to create pieces that bring character into your home.

From ruffled edges to contrasting patterns, sometimes more really is more, especially when the afternoon sun hits just right. 🤎
Which cushion is catching your eye?

Our scrunchies have basically been outside all summer 😂☀️

Markets, park days, coffee runs, holidays, wrists, bags and occasionally even doing their actual job of holding someone’s hair.

I wanted to put together a little edit because one of my favourite things about making accessories is seeing them become part of normal everyday life. They’re small pieces, but a good print can add so much colour to an outfit without you having to think too hard about it.

And these feel particularly special because they’re made using our own textile design. Seeing a pattern go from an idea, to experimenting with colour, to fabric and then finally something people are actually wearing still hasn’t quite got old.

Summer might be disappearing, but the scrunchies definitely aren’t going anywhere 👀

Which look from the summer edit is your favourite?

Sometimes the smallest part of the outfit ends up being the favourite

I know scrunchies are technically meant for your hair, but I love them just as much worn around the wrist, especially when the colour happens to work with the rest of the outfit 👀

This one is made from our own pattern, so I’m probably slightly biased, but I love seeing how the design changes depending on how it’s used. On a cushion it becomes a much bigger statement, while on a scrunchie you just get these little flashes of colour and pattern.

Hair accessory when you need it, bracelet when you don’t 😂

Would you wear your scrunchie like this or are you strictly a hair-only person?
