Love this picture. I used to draw this pictrure over and over again in my younger days. On scrap paper, napkins cereal packets... she was my doddle.
Wish I'd kept at least one of them.

New Beginnings with Virtual 1-2-1 Pilates Sessions

We are in our second week since we started the new Virtual Pilates 1-2-1 Sessions, and we are all extremely pleased with how you are adapting, progressing and creating a different type of strength and skills in the Virtual 1-2-1 Mat work Pilates sessions.

Pilates mat work is the backbone of the Pilates repertoire, all movements performed on the large Pilates equipment can find it's foundation within the mat work exercises. It has been such a fascinating experience for clients to gain deeper understanding of the 'root' of the Pilates movements.
Achieve profound core strength, stability and flexibility under expert guidance of Lavinia Rouse, in the comfort and security of your own home.

Stay strong during these challenging times.
