HORMONAL HARMONY - YOGA FOR PERIMENOPAUSE & MENOPAUSE at SooYoga 🙌

This two hour workshop will help you to learn to integrate what is most useful and rapidly effective yoga poses within your regular yoga classes. Those elements will benefit specifically women experiencing unwanted and unpleasant symptoms during all stages of Menopause.

Focusing on the role of Physiology (Postural awareness), Coherent Breathing techniques, Neuroscience: eye movement & positioning, Movement/Postures, Non Sleep Deep Meditation (yoga nidra).

We consider this to be a first aid kit as a part of a larger more comprehensive School of Menopause that we plan to bring to you next year to Soo Yoga for those who are interested in understanding at a deeper level how the value of Biology, Biochemistry, Chronobiology, Neuroscience, Yoga Nidra and Breath come together.

Conscious relaxation has been shown by numerous research to bring immediate relief to the majority of symptoms experienced in all stages of Menopause. Those symptoms are caused by raised levels of stress and hormonal imbalance. While your brain & body is trying to come to terms with the chemical changes within your body, some of us experience great discomfort in the form of anxiety, depression, temperature fluctuation, a sense of loss and much more.

This workshop will allow your nervous system to reset and rejuvenate giving your brain a chance to balance several functions.

This workshop is open to EVERYONE though designed with women experiencing menopause symptoms it can benefit anyone with elevated stress levels which is probably most of us living a full life. Yoga teachers will receive certificates of attendance for CPD hours
