Booking & Cancellation policy

⭐️no.1
The pre-payment of 50% of the price of the chosen service will be taken at the time of the booking. Your prepayment will be refunded to you if you decide to cancel your appointment more than 24 hours prior your visit. If you decide to reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours prior your visit, the pre-payment would be accounted for the new appointment.

If you decide to cancel or reschedule vour appointment less than 24 hours before the visit, the salon has the right of not returning the pre-payment.

⭐️no.3
We hold a booking without pre payment only for an hour.
If you are more than 15 minutes late we cannot guarantee that nail artist will provide the full service. However, if nail technician has free time we will gladly extend time of your appointment and provide full service for an additional fee.

⭐️no.4
In case if you are late, the salon might not be able to provide full service you booked in for, but you will be charged a full price of the service. We understand that there might be different circumstances, given the valid reason the pre-payment can be refunded.
