Apple & cinnamon isn't just tasty - it's a gut health powerhouse.

Apples deliver pectin, a prebiotic fibre that feeds good bacteria. Ceylon cinnamon (pronounced Suh Lon cinnamon) helps balance blood sugar through a variety of mechanisms.

Pro tip: always eat the apple skin - that's where 70% of the pectin and antioxidants are found. Ceylon cinnamon (rather than cheaper Cassia cinnamon) is essential to avoid gut irritation. Cassia cinnamon is a different species which contains some toxic compounds - causing gut irritation in large amounts.
