After your fat cavitation treatments, for best results you should:

Avoid caffeine, alcohol and processed food. ☕🍷🍟These things will make it harder for the fat to leave the body through the lymphatic system.
Of course we should be trying to cut down and avoid these things anyway ( if we want to improve our health & body) 💪🏾 it can be hard but you should try for at least 2 days to help your body remove the fat that has been broken down during the treatment. ☺️

Drinking at least 2 liters a day in the two days prior to and after your treatment is super important!!! 💧 And going for a brisk walk or sauna straight after your treatment , so that you sweat ! 😅This will help to remove the melted fat from the body through the excretory system.

If you want to maintain results you should try to eat a well balanced diet and getting enough sleep is also important for your overall health and appearance. 😍
