So the news is in. All being well we will be re-opening our doors on the 12th April.
Expect to hear from us via email in the coming days. Join our waiting list and we will be in contact.
Please please be patient with us. We have so many amazing clients and we will get round to you all.

Thank you all for your supportive comments and messages. We’ll be back soon!

Another day, sadly another lockdown. With the latest news from the government last night, of course our salons remain closed for the foreseeable future. Once we’re clearer on when we might reopen we’ll be contacting clients who were already booked in and opening future appointments, for now we’re sitting tight and quietly waiting to see ♥️ sending love to all of our clients and followers - stay safe everyone!

To all our amazing clients

Unfortunately we are having to close on Wednesday due to lockdown 2.0.

We have prioritised our clients booked in this week and moved as many as possible to the next few days.

We can only apologise if we haven’t be able to fit you in. We will be ringing all remaining clients who had a scheduled appointment for November in the coming days. Our phone lines will be open for the whole of November (during working hours) so you can get booked in for December.

Please bare with us, it’s not an easy situation to manage in such a short space of time.

Please stay safe and we look forward to seeing you all soon.

WE KNOW YOU'RE WAITING....AND WE'RE ON OUR WAY ❤️

We know lots of you are still waiting for our call....we just want to say, we've not forgotten you....its just taking time. We've only got a small team to call everyone individually, as its really important you talk to the salon pros directly, who understand your hair and what may or may have happened with a box dye during lockdown (you naughty lot!) And despite waiting by the phone for our call no-one picks up to a strange number on the first try, right? 😩

In particular if you're a client with one of our larger salons (Marlow, Beaconsfield, Maidenhead) you may wait a little longer for the call as we have to manage larger teams and this job is complex. If you received an email or you registered for our waiting list we will get there. And longer opening hours and more days means we'll see people as soon as we possibly can. Thank you all for your patience! 💇🏻‍♀️💇🏻‍♀️💇🏻‍♀️

We are re-launching our loyalty point scheme soon to reward our amazing clients. In the meantime we hope you understand our policy in these abnormal times. Whilst PPE costs and 14 weeks without income will be hurtful to us, we will be there for YOU when we re-open.

We'd like to talk briefly about money...despite it making us all feel a little awkward. We think, if this year has taught us anything, we should be open and honest about these things!

The financial impact the lockdown has had on people and on businesses has been devastating. For us, the reality is we have had no income since the end of March, we have topped up the team salaries whilst on furlough, we've had to invest heavily in PPE and infrastructure, as well as reduce the numbers of people we can get through our doors in the future - this all adds up.

Lots of businesses we know have to pass these costs onto customers in increased prices or surcharges, whilst our heart said we didn't want to do that, our head said we've got to stay in business! We're glad to say, this time our heart wins ❤️ there will be NO COVID 19 RELATED PRICE INCREASE or SURCHARGE.

What we will ask is that we freeze the collection and redemption of loyalty points for a while (we'll also look to review and revamp the scheme for when you can spend again) and we will pause any corporate discounts and promotions until further notice. Our one exception is that we will continue to offer a discount to NHS staff...don't think that needs any more explanation ❤️

We’re focusing on the positive and working towards being back open on 4 July, which is the earliest the government will allow. To ensure we can see as many of you as possible, as quickly as possible we are going to be extending our opening hours and be open 7 days a week. We have tried to approach this as fairly as possible, but would really appreciate your patience and support. Our appointments will be available as follows:

MY APPOINTMENT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DURING LOCKDOWN: If you had an appointment between 23 March and 3 July, we will be calling you to rebook. Calls will begin today but please bear with us if you don’t get a call straight away.

I HAVE AN UP AND COMING APPOINTMENT: If you had an appointment booked between 4 July and 31 August, we will be calling you to confirm your appointment.

I PURCHASED A GIFT VOUCHER: If you purchased a gift voucher during lockdown we will call you.

I NEEEEEED AN APPOINTMENT: If you don’t fall into these groups but want an appointment, please register your details on our call list http://ow.ly/LJkl50A2Khb (including your best contact information) answering a few short questions and we will call you as soon as we can and get you booked in!
