Two phases, 8β12 minutes each. The Hair Filler Serum's higher pH opens the cuticle so the actives can work inside the fibre. The Hair Cuticle Sealer's acidic pH closes it back down and locks everything in.
Three things stylists get wrong:
β Combing during the Serum phase
β Using shampoo or conditioner between the steps (water only)
β Guessing the amount (use the dosing chart)
