Come with us to Caribeuna a new cafe that has just opened on George Street in Central Croydon. It’s a part of SoulPurpose 360, so they do workshops, coworking and even have a podcast studio. We thought we’d provide some clarification as we’ve received some comments that sorrel and hibiscus aren’t the same.⠀

There are over 200 species of hibiscus ⠀
and one that Anglophone Caribbean nations refer to as sorrel is hibiscus sabdariffa. We understand the confusion as this type of hibiscus is global and has so many names so we wanted to confirm that sorrel is hibiscus. ⠀
We’ve added a twist to this world renowned hibiscus drink and added a hint of cherry, giving it a fruity and slightly sweet taste. Link in bio to learn more and to purchase. ⠀
