50's skincare needed a revamp so got a stash of glow-getting products by Medik8 which I have been using since April, so for about 3 months now.

My current morning routine is:
✨ Medik8 C-Tetra Advanced – a beautiful Vitamin C gel-serum that gives my skin an instant glow.
☀️ Daily Radiance Vitamin C SPF 30 – my moisturiser and daily sun protection in one (because SPF is non-negotiable).
👁️ Advanced Day Eye Protect SPF 30 – because the eye area deserves just as much protection as the rest of your face.

The biggest difference I've noticed? My skin looks brighter, healthier and my makeup sits so much better... although, in these pics I'm actually wearing no foundation at all.

At 50, that's something I never thought I'd confidently say. 🤍
It just proves that sometimes it's not about having more products—it's about finding the right ones and actually using them every day.

Nearing the big 5-0… and I’m taking my wellbeing seriously ✨

Perimenopause/menopause can bring all sorts of changes — sleep, mood, energy, skin, rage 🤣🤣 so I’ve been focusing on supporting my body from the inside out 💛
