Hello October.
How is it October already? I will never get over how fast time just fly’s by.
Anyone else feel like they don’t take care of themselves enough? One thing I’m guilty for is putting other people first, I’ve always been a huge people pleaser and have never really put myself first in a lot of situations, forever feeling guilty when really I shouldn’t (it’s hard not to when it’s in my blood). I think it partly comes from being a mum and growing a little person, all that self care tends to go on other people, which is in my nature and I bloody love being a wife and mum to the best team but I definitely need to start doing more for myself.
Let’s all need to start taking care of ourselves more 🫶🏻

How tf am I 37 already, it only feels like yesterday I was a teenager. Time flys by and you don’t realise until you’re scrolling back on an online form and you gotta go all the way down to the 80s 😂 🕰️.
