With the Sofia going back to school today I feel like today is kind of my first proper day on maternity leave with just me and Adalene at home together.

Looking forward to lots of cuddles and one to one time with her and to really focus on her and getting into a better routine.

She will also be napping and whilst she is I will be using those pockets of time to focus on my FM business and am really excited to get things kick started again.

So excited that I felt like I was awake half the night with my brain buzzing with ideas and things I want to do which is always a good sign that you are doing something you love.

Working on FM whilst on maternity leave works perfectly as it can all be done from my phone, I can do little bits here and there and the extra money it will bring in once I get cracking again will come in so handy when my maternity pay drops to SMP.
