You may think this is nothing special but after a couple of days struggling to find some healthy simple foods, I couldn’t be more ecstatic in finding this small local family ran restaurant and ask them to boil some potatoes for me.... Christmas has come early!

I know olive oil should not be put in plastic but I made an exception in this case as all supermarkets had extortion prices and low quality olive oil.
