Been doing my best not to stuff my face and stay present this year. It’s Boxing Day, so I’ve come out of my family and food hole for a brief period to wish everyone a wonderful festive season. It’s been a funny old year, so this time for me is about reflection. Whatever your mood, I’m sending you all a big hug. Hoping to see more of you and some newbie’s post the Christmas haze.
