Ilios is coming this September ☀️

A new name, a new chapter, and a more considered direction for my treatment practice.

Ilios brings together my background in massage and aromatherapy with my growing passion for facial therapy, skin health and facial sculpting.

The idea for Ilios has been developing quietly for some time, and September will be the beginning of putting it into practice, refining my treatments, finding my rhythm and creating a calm, considered treatment experience at The Practice Rooms in Putney.

Expect holistic facials focused on healthy skin, barrier support, hydration and sculpting, alongside aromatherapy massage and deeply restorative treatments.

Not about chasing perfect skin. About caring for the skin you have.

Sometimes, the right place finds you when you’re ready for it.

Today I visited a beautiful space that immediately felt right.

Light-filled, peaceful and thoughtfully designed, it captures everything I’ve been dreaming of as I prepare for an exciting new chapter.

There is still so much to do, but seeing my vision begin to take shape feels incredibly special.
