Looking forward to adding some more bling to these beauties from this weekend, as we close the OCR season with in Pippingford! I’ll be supporting my angel in the Beast, then our little princess in the 3km kids race, solo Sprint for me, then another Sprint to support Nadia again💪🏼 Gonna be an epic time!! It’ll be back to the tarmac for the winter runs after!

Great route, but lack of training! Just shows, if you put the effort in beforehand, it pays dividends! Wasn’t gonna be beaten though and pushed on to the end!

Good to get back in the Alphafly! Was supposed to be a long easy, but Margate had just started on the loop back, so thought I’d join in, although all the runners had set off! Nice to put some pace in after recovering from different injuries. Listened to the body and stopped at mile 8. Solid miles in the bank!

Little leg test Margate this morning before the Mount Ephriam 10k tomorrow! Very well worded description about the race in the email sent out. “Several significant hills” is more like hilly as f**k!! Looking forward to it though💪🏼

Proud of my beautiful angel completing the LLHM yesterday!! Ran her own race and listened to her body💪🏼 Joined on the final mile by our little princess to heighten her spirit!!

Epic weekend with my angels!! Ran the with my beautiful wife then ran the kids route with our little princess who stepped up to a new age category, coming in second girl and 7th overall!! Great times all round!!
