Feeling worse during a reset? Please don’t assume you have to push through it.
In plain terms, “die-off” is a label some people use for temporary changes they notice after starting a restrictive cleanse or reset. It is not a diagnosis, and symptoms are not proof that anything is being removed.
Some beginners report extra trips to the toilet, looser stools, tiredness, a headache, nausea or simply feeling “off”. These symptoms can have many causes.
When I guide students, I remind them: pause, don’t panic and don’t force the process. Follow the programme guidance, rest, keep notes on what you’re experiencing and ask a qualified professional for advice if symptoms are severe, worsening, unusual or persistent. Stop and seek urgent care if you feel seriously unwell.
This is why preparation matters. In both the 7-Day and 21-Day Reset, you have guidance to help you organise before starting, follow the daily structure and approach refeeding as a transition, not an afterthought.
You should never feel that quitting or asking questions means you’ve failed. A responsible reset includes knowing when to slow down and get support.
Save this for your beginner reset, share it with someone who needs a calmer approach, and comment RESET for programme information.
Educational wellness content, not medical advice: check with your doctor before starting, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or managing a health condition.

You don’t fail a reset in week one.
You fail it in the supermarket.
That’s where I watch it happen. Capable woman, full calendar, good intentions: standing in aisle four with no idea what to buy, how much of it, or where to find half the ingredients.
So she guesses. Then she spends the week trying to make it work with the wrong shopping, and quietly stops.
The reset never had a chance. Not because she lacked willpower. Because nobody handed her the plan.
Here is what you get before day one:
• A 7-page shopping resource with ingredient quantities
• UK and US sourcing guidance, including the less familiar fruit
• An Amazon supply list
• Preparation checklists, so you know what to organise and when
• A printable weekly juice plan you fill in yourself
• Daily structure to follow from start to finish
• Refeeding guidance for the transition afterwards
• A private community and programme support throughout
And what you don’t need: expensive supplements, fancy equipment, or any previous fasting experience. You buy your own produce. Nothing is sold to you as an extra.
One payment. Lifetime access. Free future updates.
You don’t need more discipline. You need a plan you can follow.
Comment LIST and I’ll send you the shop-before-you-start breakdown, or take the two-minute quiz at detoxed.app/start to find your starting point.

Please don’t buy a parasite tea, herb or supplement just because social media told you to.
I’ve learned that rushing into a cleanse is one of the biggest mistakes beginners make. I never encourage my students to jump straight into parasite-focused protocols.
Sequence matters:
1️⃣ Reset the foundation
Start with the 7-Day Reset or, for a deeper guided experience, the 21-Day Reset. Follow the preparation, daily structure, hydration guidance and movement support before considering anything more advanced.
2️⃣ Rebuild gently
The reset also includes guidance for reintroducing food. That transition matters. Don’t finish a fast and immediately pile on more products.
3️⃣ Consider next steps carefully
Only after you’ve completed the foundation should you ask whether a parasite cleanse is appropriate for you, and that decision may require advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
A random kit is not a complete plan. A strong wellness routine is not about doing the most things at once. It’s about understanding what you’re doing, why you’re doing it and whether it’s suitable for your body.
If you’re new to fasting, start with structure, not hype.
Comment RESET and I’ll point you towards the 21-Day Reset.

You don’t fail a reset in week one.
You fail it in the supermarket.
I’ve seen capable women organise businesses, teams and family life, then arrive in aisle four with no clear idea what to buy, how much they need or where to find the less familiar ingredients.
That is not a discipline problem. It is a preparation problem.
For beginners especially, day one should not begin with guesswork. The 21-Day Reset includes a seven-page shopping resource with ingredient quantities, UK and US sourcing guidance for exotic fruit, and an Amazon supply list to help you organise before you start.
You buy your own produce and supplies. Nothing is included as a purchase. But you won’t be left trying to piece together your shopping list from scattered advice.
Because the real starting line is not the first glass of juice.
It’s the shop before it.

If you’ve been thinking about trying a juice fast but don’t know where to begin, I created this for you.
The 7-Day Juice Fast Challenge brings the practical pieces together in one guided online experience:
• Juice recipes
• A shopping list and sourcing guidance
• Preparation guidance before you begin
• A clear daily structure
• Refeeding guidance for the transition afterwards
You don’t need previous fasting experience, expensive supplements or fancy equipment. You do need time to prepare, follow the guidance and make an informed decision about whether this challenge is right for you.
This is educational wellness guidance, not a diet promise or a guarantee of results. It’s designed to give beginners more clarity around what the process involves, rather than leaving you to piece together advice from multiple sources.

Most people don’t struggle with a reset because they lack motivation.
They struggle because day one begins before they’ve had a chance to prepare.
When I guide beginners through dētoxed, I want the days before the reset to feel clear, not rushed or confusing.
Preparation can look like:
• Choosing your dates and clearing space in your calendar
• Understanding what you’ll be drinking and when
• Reading the guidance before you need it
• Gradually reducing caffeine and heavier foods in the run-up
• Buying and organising your own produce
• Checking that your juicing equipment and kitchen essentials are ready
This is exactly what the preparation guidance, checklist and shopping list are there for.
You do not need prior fasting experience. You do not need expensive extras. You need a clear plan and enough time to organise yourself properly.
Save this post as your reminder: preparation is part of the reset, not an afterthought.

I won’t promise you a transformation.
That’s exactly what so many detoxes, programmes and kits promised before you bought them.
And if you’ve ever stopped halfway through one, you know the issue isn’t always motivation. Sometimes the plan was unclear, the shopping was stressful, the instructions were scattered, or there was no guidance for what happens afterwards.
So here’s what dētoxed actually gives you:
Preparation guidance so you know where to begin.
Shopping and sourcing guidance so you can organise what you need.
Daily structure to help you understand the programme.
Educational wellness content to support informed participation.
A private community and programme support throughout your reset.
Refeeding guidance to help you understand the transition afterwards.
No magic fix. No promise that you’ll feel transformed. No guarantee of results.
The dētoxed reset is educational wellness guidance. It is not a diet promise or medical treatment, and it is not a substitute for individual medical advice.
Please review what’s included and decide whether the programme fits your circumstances. Once access begins, the purchase is final.

I haven’t worn deodorant for five years.
That decision wasn’t about fear, perfection or judging anyone else. It simply made me pause and look more closely at the everyday products I was using without a second thought.
Deodorant. Shampoo. Body wash. Cleaning sprays. Plastic food storage.
We use these products every day, often without checking the ingredients, packaging or whether there is a simpler option that suits us better.
Recent reporting has prompted more people to ask questions about chemicals that may be present in common personal-care and household products, including ingredients that are not always obvious from the front of the label.
For me, the lesson is awareness, not alarm.
You don’t have to replace everything overnight. One small swap can be enough to start:
• Choose a simpler deodorant
• Try a refillable bottle
• Use bar soap
• Review one product you use every day
The goal isn’t to create another impossible wellness checklist. It’s to make more informed choices, one at a time.
If you could swap one everyday product first, what would it be?

Some of my most supportive wellness practices are also the quietest.
At home, I’ll sometimes settle on the couch with a castor oil pack and gentle warmth over my abdomen. No rushing. No complicated setup. Just a few unhurried minutes to pause, breathe and reconnect with my body.
For me, this is a simple personal ritual that sits alongside hydration, regular movement and the structure of the reset. I don’t use it as a cure, a treatment or a “detox fix” for anything. It’s simply one practice I genuinely enjoy making space for.
The bigger lesson? A reset doesn’t have to be loud or overwhelming. Small, consistent moments of care can matter because they are realistic enough to fit into everyday life.
Save this for later, and tell me: have you tried a castor oil pack as part of your own self-care routine? Comment CASTOR and start here: detoxed.app/start

The extra products are the thing to skip, not the thing to start with.
I’m tired of seeing people spend money on teas, kits, supplements, herbs and fancy equipment before they have even made a clear plan.
You do not need a cupboard full of products to begin.
The value of dētoxed is structure and guidance:
• Recipes to help you plan
• A shopping list to organise what you need
• Preparation guidance before you start
• Daily structure to follow
• Refeeding guidance for the transition afterwards
You buy your own produce, using the programme’s guidance. Nothing is presented as a magic purchase, and there is no pressure to buy expensive extras.
Before spending more money, ask yourself:
Do I understand what I’m doing?
Do I know what I need to buy?
Do I have a clear preparation plan?
Do I know where to find the daily guidance?
Start with clarity. Not clutter.
