"Oh dear! I cancelled this, but when I received an email while I was on holiday saying my box was going to be late, there was no explanation why. I looked at my account and saw there was a new annual subscription, possibly because I hadn't removed the subscription from PayPal. One more year! I had to chase them up to find out when I was getting my box, not a great start.
