Losing the weight was only one part of my transformation.

Yes, I lost weight, but with that came things I wasn’t necessarily expecting. I lost volume where I didn’t particularly want to and I was left with areas of loose skin that exercise alone wasn’t going to change.

That’s where treatments became part of my journey.

Over the years I’ve used different technologies for different concerns, from Morpheus8 and CO2 for my skin, to Emsculpt and TruSculpt Flex alongside Pilates for muscle stimulation, and more recently Quantum for an area around my knees that just wasn’t responding the way I wanted it to.

For me, it has never been about finding one miracle treatment. It’s been about understanding what my body needs at each stage and combining that with movement, consistency and maintenance.

And I think that’s the part of a transformation we sometimes forget. Getting a result is one thing. Maintaining it is another. 🤍
