I am 53 and a bit embarrassed to admit…

1. That little voice in my head leads me to self sabotage and overthink things which leads to procrastination.

2. I self criticise everything I do and then end up in a vicious circle, feeling like a failure and telling myself I am not good enough.

3. I am always searching for perfection which actually resulted in a first class honours degree in teaching .🙈

4. I avoid opportunities for fear of failure which again leads to procrastination which doesn’t help me or my business.

5 I struggle to see how far I have progressed and my achievements and need to remind myself how much I have achieved , even though I don’t feel fulfilled.

I am learning to be kind to myself and recognising the impact I have had on my client’s confidence and lives. I am learning to celebrate my wins in my business and looking after my mental and physical health. I am recognising that procrastination isn’t a sign of failure but a human trait.
