Helping Rupa's Daughters Continue Their Education in India
I'm reaching out to my friends today with an urgent and heartfelt request to support a dear friend of mine, Rupa, and her three daughters in Bangalore, India. Rupa is facing significant financial hardship, and her children's education is now at risk.
Rupa has three bright daughters: an 11-year-old and 8-year-old twins. Like any parent, her greatest wish is to provide them with a foundation for a better future, and that begins with their education. Unfortunately, the family is in a difficult situation. Her husband's income barely covers their basic needs for rent and food, leaving no room for essential expenses like school fees. Rupa is a housewife and currently unable to work, which limits their options.
We are aiming to raise INR 85,000 to cover their school fees for this year. These fees are already overdue, and the girls' admission is currently in question. The sooner we can raise these funds, the sooner we can ensure they can continue their studies without interruption.
I've known Rupa since my time living in Bangalore. Even then, she was navigating challenges, and we've stayed in touch over the years. Her dedication to her children's well-being has always been clear, and it breaks my heart to see them in this predicament.
