One of the milestones on my inner growth and healing journey was discovering the power of breath a few years ago. My very first session gave me the mystical and incredible experience of floating between the dimensions, losing my ego, and feeling the bliss of oneness with the universe. It was one of the most magical experiences in my life. No plant medicine, psychedelics, or any other substances. Just my breath. I was hooked.

The following sessions couldn’t be more different though. I tapped into negative past experiences and unresolved emotions stored in my body and began to release them. Sometimes I cried like a baby, sometimes screamed like a madwoman and sometimes I just could not stop laughing. There were also other physical and emotional reactions that tend to come up during breathwork journeys. I am not going into details because I do not want to ‘program you to expect these things to happen to you too. It does not matter. All these physical symptoms are just the expression of the energy moving through you. The stuck energy that has been blocking you for years, often since your childhood. The stagnant energy that prevented you from feeling healthy, happy, and free. The energy of negative experiences and traumas that kept you in unhealthy relationships with others and with yourself.
Some people will release this energy in a very intense and powerful way while for others it will happen quietly and discreetly. It does not matter. What matters is how you feel afterward.

After exploring various modalities and approaches to breathwork I trained as a Rebirthing facilitator in 2019. That month of training made me feel emotionally 20kg lighter. Breathwork perfectly complimented psychotherapy I had gone through before. What I knew intellectually became fully integrated because I cleared my energetical field of the toxic imprint. I felt truly reborn and I’ve been living on the higher plane ever since. Life keeps on being challenging but my approach is different. I trust life and myself now and it is a game-changer. I keep on growing and evolving and I love it.

For the record, you won’t be healed and transformed in one session or in one workshop, retreat, whatever. It takes time and it takes work. You will feel better and then worse again. Sometimes you may feel you are going in circles and at other times that it is one step forward and two steps back. Does not matter. Keep going. Keep fighting for yourself, for your mental, physical and emotional health. There is magic in the air, you just need to breathe it.

There are so many healing modalities because different things work for different people. It is worth exploring and experimenting with. It is your life. Your healing. Your happiness. Invest your energy in this path and you will see results.

If you are in London and would like to experience the power of breath for yourself come to my event on the 20th of November. Rebirthing Breathwork. Let the journey begin.

PS Even's link in the comment. The picture was taken in Vietnam, just after I became Rebirthing facilitator. Free and empowered.

I've always said that yoga is beneficial for everyone, not sure about this style though😉

Exactly 3 years ago I was about to finish my Yoga Teacher Training in Goa. One of the best times of my life. Great, inspiring teachers and amazing group that become my family. Also, an excruciating and debilitating pain in my neck radiating to the shoulder that was getting worse and worse. A week later an MRI scan showed herniated discs in my neck: one of them compressing the nerve and slipping into the spinal cord. I was qualified for the surgery straight away, but it took few more surgeons and months for me to give up the hope of avoiding going under the knife.

To cut a long story short: I was very lucky to get my neck done by one of the best neurosurgeons in Poland, Doctor Rafal Gorski. I was very lucky to have my friends Alek Rogozinski and Pawel Placzek taking care of me for almost 6 months when I was so vulnerable and in need of help. I was very lucky to have enough savings for the surgery and my parents supported me during the rehabilitation time, when I was not allowed to work and had no income. I also had an amazing physiotherapist Robert Dolowy, who not only made sure I got back to shape but also thought me his trade during our sessions so I could use his lessons to help other people. I am forever grateful to everyone who was there for me at the most challenging and difficult time of my life.

When I was finally allowed to start some exercises, I was devastated to find out that I had no strength in my left arm at all and almost every movement brought pain to my back. Slowly, with hard work and persistence, I begun to come back to shape. Against the advises of many people I insisted on practicing yoga again and ended up learning stuff about yoga, massage and human anatomy that I never knew from all the courses I had taken in the past. The whole experience made me a way better massage therapist and brought my yoga practice to completely different level. Now, I do not see myself as a yoga instructor but as a yoga therapist and I love introducing people to yoga or support and guide them on their yoga path.

Until few weeks ago, I believed I was in the best physical shape possible for my age and medical history. I live very active life: practicing yoga every day, cycling around London, massaging almost every day. I thought it was as good as it gets. I accepted some limitations in the range of movements in my neck, because after all, I had 3 discs removed (C4-C7) and a metal cage screwed to my vertebrae so they could fuse. Some stiffness and pain were part of my every day, and I accepted it.

When I booked Aerial Yoga Teacher Training in Koh Phangan, I did it mostly for myself. I did not plan to teach this style of yoga. I just wanted to have some fun and do hanging inversions. I only prayed that I was not pushing my luck and would not screw my neck again.

It turned out to be so much more than I hoped for! I ended up nourishing my inner child with flying in the swing, the flips and hanging upside down. My happy laugh could be heard in the whole resort I am afraid. At the end of the course when I got back to practicing the regular mat yoga, I realised that my strength and flexibility immensely improved to the level I never had even before the surgery! I also can turn my neck to the sides so much more which I honestly thought would be never possible. For the first time in 3 years I have been waking up every day without any stiffness and pain. Again, I got to have a support from the group who did the course with me: strong, passionate, intelligent women and the most amazing and caring teacher Minty Nguyen, who helped me to overcome my fears and doubts and made me spread my wings and fly. Quite literally!

I could go on, but the bottom line is: never allow anyone (especially yourself) to tell you where your limits are! Take good care of yourself both physically and mentally. Do not be afraid to show your vulnerability. Kick your ego in the big butt and take help and inspiration from people around you. Love life and fly high!

PS I am back in London next week. Massage and Yoga Therapy available from the 4th of February. Flying Yoga as soon as I sort out the setting. Namaste!

I love to be creative and invent new ways to improve my clients’ wellbeing so here comes my new baby: DIVINE GODDESS RELAXATION, the perfect soothing, rebalancing and rejuvenating treatment that will make you feel happier and look younger. The treatment is based on my experience and qualifications in Deep Tissue and Thai Massage as well as Reflexology and Facial Natural Lift Massage.

You will get approximately 30 minutes of face massage which while bringing the deep relaxation will make your skin looking plumper and glowing. Really amazing treatment if you are over 35, I was honestly surprised by results when experienced it first on myself. Younger ladies love these treatments as a prevention or a quick fix for lack of sleep or too much partying. After the face part (which includes your head, neck and shoulders) you will get your hands massaged to release the tension coming from constant texting and typing (plus for many people stress tends to accumulate in hands). We finish with treating your feet to a fabulous rub (so they forgive you all those high heels and smart shoes) and rebalancing you with a reflexology.

70mins/£69. I promise you will love it!
