Out of my obsession for my hair, beauty and most of all my love for helping others and giving them that much needed advice, I have created this page to continue helping them and many others accept who they truly are, by just being themselves. Being yourself is often hard, when you have the world giving you their own perception of what you should look like or be, but with a bit of confidence and se
lf-assurance, you can make the world just appreciate you for having your own choice, opinion and style. I believed that just having straight hair was the only form of a beautiful woman, until I discovered the beauty I was born with and that is my curly, wavy, black noodled natural hair texture. It was only then I realized how truly blessed I was to have such versatile hair; it can go both straight and curly, as well as being styled in many different ways. What more can I ask for? In reference to having natural hair, I also strongly believe that a woman should not depend on the use of make-up to enhance their facial features. As much as make-up is a norm and it is widely used, I strive to stand out and just be my natural self, with my deep honey toned complexion, shining radiantly in the shadows of all those who go against my belief of what true beauty is. My belief is, if I can wake up on a morning and look at myself in the mirror and say that I need to change this/ that imperfection about myself, then the imperfection is not the problem; it is my mindset. I always say that imperfections make you perfect, because in reality there is no perfect individual. I have to be confident in myself, that when I wake up and look in the mirror that I can say I love what I see and I accept who I am, inside and out; regardless of any imperfections. With all this stated above, my page is not to change you as an individual but to enlighten you, to accept who you naturally are. If God can create you in his own image and call his art work beautiful, then who are you or any other person to say that your are not beautiful just the way you are? I don't think anyone is more talented in art work than our father in heaven. If you don't believe me, then look at yourself in the mirror and see for yourself. You are the queen/ king beauties of this world. So just accept yourself. :)
