Thank you so much to everyone for all your support, kind words, and encouragement. It truly means a lot to me.

Running a business is not easy. The sun burns for all of us every single day. Nobody has an easy journey. We all face challenges, disappointments, and obstacles, but what defines us is our determination to keep moving forward.

It takes courage, sacrifice, sleepless nights, physical hard work, mental strength, and endless dedication to build a business. That’s why I have huge respect for every person who has the courage to open one—not only on Clapham High Street, but anywhere in London and around the world.

I noticed a comment saying this business would only last six months. I don’t focus on negativity because I know how much effort it takes just to open a business. Sometimes, despite giving everything, people still have to close their doors, and that should never be something to celebrate. Every entrepreneur deserves respect for having the courage to try.

As for me, I have been in London for 25 years. During that time, I only worked for other people for three years and eight months at Hair by Ferry, Janet Spencer, Rue & Victoria, and Colour Nation. In 2002, I opened my first salon in Brixton, and step by step, dream by dream, I have worked my way to Clapham High Street, which has always been one of my biggest ambitions.

I choose to focus on the positive. I believe in working hard, staying humble, and never giving up. Dreams don’t happen overnight, but with determination and consistency, they can become reality.

I sincerely wish every business owner success, happiness, and the strength to keep going. Let’s support one another instead of bringing each other down. Together, we all have a better chance of achieving our dreams.

Today was my first official opening day, and I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone who came to support me. This is just the beginning of a new chapter, and I’m excited about what the future holds.

A NEW HAIR SALON IS COMING TO CLAPHAM NORTH 💇‍♀️ // A new hair salon is getting ready to open on Clapham High Street. Tony Voyage, an established London hair salon founded by Brazilian hairdresser @tonyvoyagehairsalon is set to open a new location at 7 Clapham High Street – the former home of Pure Vintage. Tony has been working in London’s hair industry since 2001 and already has a loyal following through his existing salon. The new Clapham North space will offer haircuts, colouring, styling and treatments for men, women and children. The move comes just months after Pure Vintage relocated into the unit, marking another change on Clapham High Street.
