I actually almost got off the train and went home.
Having agoraphobia means that every time I leave the house, I don’t feel safe. I have some kind of anxiety or panic attack every time I leave the house.
But I know I have to keep showing up, and showing my body that I am safe.
If you’ve ever felt like thjs too, please know you’re not alone. I know there might be days when even stepping out of the front door is too much, but it doesn’t mean you won’t ever be able to do it again. 💖

Has my whole life been a lie?! Apparently, I’m a spring! Who knew?!
I got my colours analysed 19 (!) years ago when it was popular back then, and of the things I distinctly remember is that at the time, I had reddish brown dyed hair that she took into consideration when doing my colours. And obviously, because I was only 17, I’ve dyed my hair a million times since then!
Today I went to with my natural roots and grown out blonde and I was analysed as a spring! I have a warm undertone (even though I’m pale!)
I’ve already had a little search through my wardrobe and can only find 1 running jacket so far that is one of my colours… and I bought purely so I could be visible when running 😂
If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ll know clothing has always been a bit of tricky thing for me, so I’m hoping the colours will help when making new purchases.
Have you ever had your colours analysed? What season are you?
Makeup is such a minefield anyway, but throw in ageing and it gets even more confusing 😅
But hopefully knowing these things can help makeup a little bit easier for you.

I’m now nearer 40 than 30 😱
When I was younger, 36 sounded really old, but now that it’s here, I realise I still feel like a teenager 😂
I’ve been trying to do some small things that will help me feel a bit better going into my late 30s, but also realising that it’s okay if I can’t change everything all at once. 💖

13 days before I turn 36 and here’s the 13 things I want to do before then.
I actually started today and have managed to do it all (providing I go to bed by 10pm 😅)

In the last 2 weeks (since the marathon), my anxiety has been at an all-time high, but I’m hoping it will start to come down again soon.
