During consultations I like to be very thorough ~ I’ll ask questions like:

✨ Is this for a special occasion?
✨ What do you usually wear? Mascara? Strip lashes?
✨ How long would you like your lashes?
✨ What shape / style?
✨ How thick / dense?
✨ Do you wear glasses?

This way I get to know you, so I can create a set that’s tailored specifically to your eyes, your style —while adding my advice and expertise to achieve the best possible result ☺️🫶

Why is an infill recommended between 2-3 weeks? ✍🏻

It comes down to the natural lash growth cycle! 🌱 Your lashes shed and grow at different rates, and within 2-3 weeks, most of us have lost quite a lot of extensions due to this shedding. Or, as you can see in the pictures, there’s often a lot of new growth happening underneath those lashes! ⬆️

Even if you feel like you still have plenty of lashes left, the reality is, most of those extensions have probably grown out. And while longer-lasting lashes is amazing!! (who doesn’t love them?), it means those extensions need to be removed and replaced to keep things looking fresh and healthy. ☺️

Lash growth varies from person to person. Some of us have speedy lashes that grow faster, while others have a more relaxed pace. (Some of my girls have full sets every 2 weeks 🥹)

But by the 3-week mark (yes, 21 days!), most of the extensions will have naturally grown out, which is why we treat it like a full set after that time.

If you wait longer than 4 / 5 weeks, it’s time for a full removal and fresh set. Why? Because letting those extensions grow out too far can damage your natural lashes over time. The weight of the extensions at the tip of your natural lashes can cause them to droop and weaken, and trust me, we don’t want that! 🙅🏻‍♀️

So, to keep your lashes looking their best, aim for regular infills every 2-3 weeks. Your lashes (and your lash tech) will thank you! 🙌
