The muscle pops out when you bite, and that is completely normal 🤍
In the first days after a masseter treatment, the muscle holds some fluid, so biting, letting go and biting again can show a triangular shape until the body absorbs it. For some patients this settles within 24 hours. For others it takes three to four days.
At the four-week follow-up, any compensation or bulk that remains tells us a little more is needed. This is why we review, and why one appointment is rarely the whole plan.

Hollowing beneath the eye often begins in the midface, where reduced support allows the junction between lid and cheek to deepen and cast a shadow that reads as fatigue.
Tear trough treatment is planned together with the mid-face, so that support is restored from beneath before the groove itself is addressed. Placement is deep, in small volumes, and assessed from several angles before any more is added. We work across a wide range of cases, including first treatments, corrections of previous work, complex asymmetries and post-surgical cases.

The holiday calendar fills up faster than most people expect 🤍
The best results are rarely the last-minute ones. A few appointments, booked in the right order, leave time for everything to settle before the first invitation arrives.

Every face carries small asymmetries most people never notice in themselves - a cheek sitting slightly higher than the other, a fat pad compartment with its own soft boundary, a resting shape gradually shaped by which side someone sleeps on.
Before any filler is considered, we look. Static position first, then dynamic movement - how the face lifts when it smiles, where the medial cheek holds more volume, how the zygomatic arch sits on each side. This is how genuine structural asymmetry is told apart from natural variation, and it is why some areas are treated and others are simply left alone.
In this consultation, the assessment itself answered the question. Not every side needs to match. It needs to be understood first.
