Most people over 35 aren’t doing too little for their skin - they’re just putting their time and money in the wrong places.

I see it all the time: busy routines, constant product switching, treatments that don’t quite connect. A lot of effort, but not always much return.

At this stage, it’s less about doing more and more and more about being intentional.

👉🏽 Protect what you still have.
👉🏽Focus on skin quality.
👉🏽Support collagen early.
👉🏽Get hydration right.
👉🏽And use injectables strategically, not as a shortcut.

That’s when things start to look more natural, more balanced, and more like you.

If you feel like you’re doing a lot but not seeing the difference, you don’t need more - you need a plan that actually makes sense for your skin.

Most people look at lines on the lower face think they need filling.

But it’s rarely the line that’s the issue.

Accordion lines are usually a sign of movement and loss of support through the lower face. If you just chase them directly, you often end up adding too much in the wrong place, and it still doesn’t quite sit right.

This is where a more considered approach makes all the difference.
In this case, we focused on restoring structure through the jawline, then used HarmonyCa to improve skin quality and support from within. So instead of forcing the lines out, we’ve strengthened the skin around them.

The result is softer movement, smoother texture, and a jawline that looks cleaner and more supported… without looking heavy or overdone.

She still looks exactly like herself. Just fresher, and more put together.
That’s always the goal.

If you’ve been noticing changes in this area and aren’t sure what will actually help, you can book a consultation via the link in my bio or message me, and we’ll talk it through 💌

If I had to strip everything back to what actually makes a difference to my skin at 39, it wouldn’t be complicated.

It’s the things I’ve stayed consistent with - the things I always come back to, even when life is busy and my routine isn’t perfect.

Because the truth is, it’s not about doing everything. It’s about doing the right things well.

👉🏽 SPF every day, even when I can’t be bothered.
👉🏽Keeping my skin properly hydrated, not just on the surface.
👉🏽Supporting collagen before I feel like I “need” to.
👉🏽Staying consistent with a few treatments that I know work.
👉🏽And probably the biggest one - not over-treating my face.

That last one is where I see most people go wrong. There’s always something new, something trending, something you could do. But good results don’t come from doing more. They come from being considered, from knowing when to treat, and when to leave things alone.

That’s what keeps skin looking like you, just fresher, healthier, more supported.

If you feel like you’re putting effort in but not seeing it reflected in your skin, it’s usually not about adding more. It’s about getting clearer on what actually matters for you.

Most people assume ageing shows up as sagging first. But what I see, over and over again in clinic, is that the earliest shift is in the skin itself.

Your skin may feel drier, look a little flatter, and start to lose that natural brightness that made everything look fresher without trying.

That’s the early face of perimenopause.

And this is often where a lot of people go wrong.

They jump straight to “fixing” structure…when the real change is happening in skin quality.

If hydration is dropping, collagen is slowing, and pigment is becoming more obvious, adding volume too early won’t give you the result you’re looking for. In fact, it often leaves people feeling like something is still off, even if technically “more” has been done.

The approach needs to shift. This stage is about supporting the skin so it functions properly again. Improving hydration, strengthening the barrier, stimulating collagen in the right way, and managing pigment early before it becomes more established.

If you want to understand what your skin actually needs (and what it doesn’t), send me a message with the word SKIN or book in for a consultation. We’ll go through it properly and build a plan that makes sense for you. 💌

Full face filler, done properly, shouldn’t change your face - it should give it back.

This is a good example of what I mean. She hasn’t been “made to look different” and there’s no obvious sign that anything has been done. But the face sits better, the mid-face is supported again, the under-eye looks softer, and the jawline cleaner. Everything feels a bit lighter, a bit more lifted, a bit more in balance.

That’s always the goal.

As we age, it’s not just one area that changes. It’s a gradual loss of structure across the face. Treating one line or one fold in isolation rarely works, because it doesn’t address what’s actually causing it.

So my approach is to step back and look at the face as a whole.

Restore support where it’s been lost. Use small, considered amounts. Build gradually. And stop before it ever looks overdone.

That’s how you get a result that still feels like you. Just fresher, more supported, and well rested.

Most people think looking fresher means doing more. But in reality, it’s about doing the right things so you still look like you...just better rested.

The faces that age well are well considered. Skin is looked after first, support is built gradually, and anything extra is done strategically and subtly.

When the skin is healthy and functioning properly, you don’t need to chase every line or add unnecessary volume. Everything sits better, looks softer, and feels more natural.

That’s where that “fresh” look comes from.

If you’ve been trying to get there but something still feels off, it’s usually a sign the approach needs simplifying.

Most people see lines starting to deepen and think they need to fix them, and usually, with injectables.

But if I’m honest, that’s rarely where I’d start.

Because lines aren’t just something that appear. They’re a reflection of what’s happening in your skin over time. Collagen loss, dehydration, sun damage, and changes in skin quality. All of it plays a part.

And if you skip that and go straight to “fixing” the line, you’re often missing the bigger picture.

This is why I always take a step back first. Improve the skin, strengthen it, hydrate it, support collagen, and refine the surface. Then, if needed, make small, considered adjustments.

That’s where the natural results come from.

If you’ve been feeling like nothing is quite working, or you’re not sure where to start, this is usually why.

If you want a plan that actually makes sense for your skin, not just a quick fix, you can book a consultation via the link or message me if you’d prefer to talk it through first 💌

Most people are told that if they look tired, they need injectables.

And I understand why that’s the default. It’s quick, it’s visible, and it feels like you’re doing something.

But in reality, that’s not always where the issue starts.

More often than not, it’s not about adding anything. It’s about what’s happening with your skin.

When your skin is dehydrated, uneven, or lacking in structure, it doesn’t reflect light properly. That’s what creates that tired, flat appearance people struggle to put their finger on.

And no amount of injecting will fully correct that.

When your skin is healthy, hydrated, and functioning well, everything changes. You look fresher without needing to do more, and any treatments you do have will sit far better and look far more natural.

If you’ve been unsure where to start or feel like you’ve been going round in circles with treatments, this is usually why.

A proper consultation isn’t about being given a list of things to do. It’s about understanding what’s actually going on with your skin and building a plan that makes sense for you.

If you want clear, honest guidance on what will genuinely make a difference, you can book a consultation via the link or message me if you’d rather talk things through first 💌

Most people feel unsure about lip filler. Not because they don’t like the idea of subtle enhancement, but because of what they’ve seen: overfilled, overdefined, and results that don’t quite sit naturally on the face.

So if you’ve hesitated, that makes sense. But it’s worth separating the treatment from how it’s often done.

Lip filler, when approached properly, shouldn’t feel like a big decision or a dramatic change. It should be subtle, controlled, and in keeping with your natural shape. The kind of result where you look softer or more balanced, but nothing about you looks obvious.

If you’ve been curious but cautious, this is where a proper consultation makes all the difference. It’s about understanding what would actually suit you, what’s realistic, and whether it’s even the right option in the first place.

No pressure or assumptions. If you’d like honest guidance on what would work for your lips, you can book a consultation via the link or message me if you’d rather start with a conversation 💌

Most people think they need more filler. But what they’re actually noticing isn’t just volume loss - it’s that their skin doesn’t feel as firm, supported, or “held” as it used to.

And those are two very different things. This is where treatments like HarmonyCa change the conversation.

Because instead of just filling, it works on how your skin behaves. You get that initial support, but more importantly, you’re encouraging your own collagen, so the skin gradually becomes stronger and more resilient over time.

It’s a much more considered way of treating that early shift where things don’t look dramatically different - just not quite as fresh as they once did.

The kind of change people often describe as:
“I look tired, but I can’t explain why.”

And the goal isn’t to change that with obvious volume.

It’s to restore support in a way that looks subtle, balanced, and completely natural.

If you’ve been curious about HarmonyCa but aren’t sure if it’s right for you, this is exactly where a proper consultation matters.

I’ll assess your face properly, explain what’s actually driving the changes you’re seeing, and help you decide whether this is the right approach or if something else would suit you better.
