If you’re fed up with your skin right now, I want you to hear this. 🤍
I know how tempting it is.
You wake up with another breakout, more redness, texture you didn’t have before… and suddenly you’re convinced your skincare routine needs a complete overhaul.
So you buy the new cleanser.
Then a serum.
Then an exfoliant.
Then a treatment.
Then maybe a new moisturiser too.
And within a week, you’ve changed everything.
But here’s the problem…
When you introduce five new things at once, your skin is basically giving you feedback — and you have no idea which product is responsible.
Is your skin improving?
Is your skin barrier irritated?
Is one of the new products making things worse?
Or is it simply too much, too soon?
This is why, when I work with clients as a skin specialist in London, I’m much more interested in understanding your skin than throwing a long list of products at it.
✨ Change one thing at a time.
✨ Give your skin time to respond.
✨ Keep track of what you’re using.
✨ Don’t underestimate a simple routine.
Your skin doesn’t always need more.
Sometimes it needs less — but with more intention.
📌 SAVE this post for the next time you feel tempted to completely restart your skincare routine.
And tell me below: what’s the most products you’ve ever introduced at once? 👀
If your skin feels confusing right now and you’re based in London, DM me “SKIN” and let’s talk about what might actually be going on.
She looked in the mirror… and this was her immediate reaction. 🥹✨
And honestly, these are the moments I love most about what I do.
She came to me concerned about her pigmentation — not just because of what she could see on her skin, but because of how it was making her feel.
We talked through her skin, what was contributing to the pigmentation, and what her skin actually needed rather than simply throwing products at the problem.
Then came the treatment.
And when she saw her skin straight afterwards, her reaction said everything. 🤍
Of course, pigmentation doesn’t disappear overnight and real skin results take consistency, the right approach and time.
But that immediate glow, the smoother-looking skin and, most importantly, seeing her confidence shift right in front of me?
That’s the part you can’t put into a before-and-after photo.
As a skin specialist in London, my goal is never just to treat what you see on the surface. It’s about understanding your skin and creating a personalised approach that supports healthier, more even-looking skin over time.
✨ If pigmentation is something you’re struggling with, don’t keep guessing what your skin needs.
Save this Reel as a reminder that treating pigmentation is a process — and the right plan matters.
And I want to know… 👇

There’s a reason I don’t say yes to every skincare trend.
Because when you trust me with your skin, my priority isn’t what’s popular, viral, or currently trending.
It’s what’s right for YOUR skin. 🤍
Over the years, I’ve learned that being a skin specialist also means knowing when to say no.
No to treatments that aren’t necessary.
No to products that could compromise your skin barrier.
No to adding more just because “more is better.”
And no to recommending something simply because everyone else is doing it.
If I don’t believe a treatment, product or skincare step is right for your skin, it won’t be part of your plan — even if it means saying no.
Because great skin isn’t about chasing every new trend.
It’s about understanding your skin, identifying what it actually needs, and creating a personalised approach that makes sense for you.
That’s the standard I hold myself to as a London Skin Specialist — and the standard I want for every client who sits in my treatment room.
So, if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by skincare advice and don’t know what your skin actually needs, let’s simplify it. ✨

Some skincare advice is worth ignoring.
Especially the advice that tells you your skin needs a 10-step routine to look its best.
I see this all the time: a shelf full of serums, acids, masks and moisturisers… yet the skin is still struggling.
The truth? Your skin doesn’t care how many products you own. It cares about whether the products you’re using are right for your skin, used consistently, and given enough time to work.
You don’t need a complicated skincare routine.
You need a considered one.
A simple routine with a few well-chosen products can often do far more than layering 12 products your skin doesn’t actually need.
So before adding another “must-have” to your basket, ask yourself:
✨ What is my skin actually asking for?
✨ Am I using my current products consistently?
✨ Could I be doing too much rather than too little?
Save this post for the next time skincare overwhelm hits — and send it to someone who needs permission to simplify their routine.
If you’re in London and want help understanding what your skin actually needs, book a personalised skin consultation with me. We’ll look at your skin, your goals and your current routine and create a plan that makes sense for you.
What’s one skincare “rule” you’ve been told that never worked for your skin? Tell me below 👇
✨ “But everyone is doing it…”
I hear this all the time.
You see a treatment trending on Instagram. Your favourite influencer swears by it. Your friend had amazing results… so naturally, you start thinking, “Maybe I should try it too?”
But here’s the part I wish more people knew:
A popular skin treatment isn’t automatically the right skin treatment for YOU.
Your skin has its own history, concerns, sensitivity, lifestyle and goals. What works beautifully for one person may do very little for another — or simply not be the best place to start.
As a skin specialist in London, my approach is simple: assess first, treat second. 🧴✨
Because great skin isn’t about following every trend.
It’s about understanding your skin and choosing treatments based on what it actually needs.
💬 Have you ever booked a treatment just because it was trending? Tell me in the comments — I’d love to know.

Things I disagree with in the skincare industry…
And yes, I might ruffle a few feathers.
The longer I work with skin, the more I realise that some of the advice we’re constantly given makes skincare feel far more complicated than it needs to be.
Here are 3 things I wish more people knew:
1. Stop changing everything at once.
New cleanser. New serum. New exfoliant. New treatment. New supplement.
And then… your skin reacts.
But how do you know what caused it?
When you introduce five new things at once, it becomes almost impossible to know what’s actually helping — or what’s making things worse.
2. Your skin does NOT need to look filtered.
Pores. Texture. Fine lines. Sebaceous filaments. The occasional blemish.
That’s skin.
I work with real skin every day, and perfectly smooth, poreless skin shouldn’t be the benchmark for “healthy” skin.
3. Progress isn’t always linear.
One bad skin week doesn’t automatically mean your routine has stopped working.
Skin changes.
Life changes.
Stress changes.
Hormones change.
Your environment changes.
Sometimes your skin simply needs consistency rather than another product thrown at it.
If you’re constantly buying something new because your skin isn’t “perfect” yet, save this post before you buy your next product. 🤍
And tell me honestly — which one of these do you disagree with, or which one did you need to hear? 👇

I treated it… so why is my pigmentation coming back?
If you’ve ever felt frustrated because your pigmentation improved after treatment, only to notice those dark patches creeping back in — you’re NOT alone.
Pigmentation can be complex. Even when the skin initially responds beautifully to treatment, factors like UV exposure, hormones, inflammation, skincare habits and inconsistent SPF use can contribute to recurrence.
That’s why treating pigmentation isn’t just about one treatment — it’s about understanding WHY your pigmentation is happening and creating the right long-term skin plan for you. ✨
🎥 In this reel, I’m asking YOU:
Have you noticed your pigmentation coming back after treatment?
Tell me in the comments:
YES — it came back / NO — it stayed away / STILL STRUGGLING 🤍
And if you’re dealing with pigmentation, melasma, dark spots or uneven skin tone, a personalised skin consultation can help identify the best approach for your skin.

How many skincare products are actually earning their place in your bathroom?
And how many did you buy because an influencer… or a very convincing salesperson told you that you needed them? 😅
More skincare ≠ better skin.
If your bathroom is overflowing with serums, exfoliants, toners, masks and “must-have” products, but your skin is still feeling confused, congested, dry or reactive… it might be time to simplify.
As a skin specialist in London, I see this all the time: people spending hundreds on skincare without knowing what their skin actually needs.
Your routine should be personalised to your skin, your concerns and your goals — not built around every viral product that lands on your For You page.
💬 Be honest: how many skincare products are currently sitting in your bathroom… and how many do you actually use?

POV: You’re a skin specialist, and Monday starts with treating the skin—not covering it up. 👀✨
Monday mornings behind the scenes in my London studio look a little different…
Before the appointments, consultations and skincare advice, I’m working hands-on with a client experiencing skin inflammation.
No filters. No quick fixes. Just a personalised treatment, careful skin analysis and a treatment plan designed around what their skin actually needs. 🤍
Because healthy skin isn’t about chasing perfection—it’s about understanding what’s happening beneath the surface and giving your skin the right support.
This is the part of my job you don’t always see on Instagram… the behind-the-scenes of treating real skin, with real concerns.
And if your skin has been feeling irritated, reactive, inflamed or simply “not itself” lately, this could be your sign to stop guessing and get your skin properly assessed.
