That's not a before-and-after. That's a before-after-the-before.. So fed up of these misleading clickbaity videos to go viral. Seriously unethical !
Some viral neck lipo, Korean V lift, jawline contouring and double chin removal videos can be very misleading.
In chin and neck liposuction, tumescent fluid is often injected before fat is removed. That fluid helps numb the area, reduce bleeding and separate the tissue planes.
Normal part of the procedure.
But here's the problem.
Once that fluid is injected, the neck can look much bigger and puffier than the patient's real starting point.
So if someone uses that swollen, fluid-filled neck as the "before", then shows an immediate "snatched" after...
That is not a fair before-and-after.
That is comparing an inflated neck to a freshly treated neck.
Chin liposuction can work beautifully in the right patient. But the real result is judged after swelling settles, not five minutes after treatment with angles, compression and a dramatic caption.
