NEW MIXED GROUP CLASS!
Wednesday evenings 7.30 pm, at Hawksley Court Estate, N16 0SQ, Stoke Newington, until 15 July.

We use functional movement, weights and machines to build core, postural and stabilising strength, incorporating the latest research to build strong and resilient bodies for long-term health and joy! For some of the class we'll work in pairs, to support each other, train coordination & balance and to create some variety with fun and supportive challenges.
All our classes are Trans- and LGBQT+ inclusive and wheelchair accessible.
I'm now available as a Personal Trainer in Stoke Newington, both at the lovely and well equipped , as well as outdoor sessions in Clissold park or Highbury & Islington.
I'm qualified at Level 3 PT/Level 4 EQF and I work with 2 Physiotherapists for people with injury or rehab needs. I do 1:1, 2:1 (workout with a partner or a friend) and small group classes for people wanting a little more attention than the normal group classes.
If you read all the recent research about strength for longer life, but feel overwhelmed and don't know where to start, I also do fitness consultations where we look at what you currently do, break down the recommendations of what you ideally should do and look at the steps to make that happen.

I've recently joined this research study with UCL about the perimenopause effect on women and they are still looking for participants! You'll support important research into women's health and you'll get a bunch of interesting tests taken, including Dexa scan (bone health) Spirometry (breathing capacity), Vo2 max and hormone levels. You can get a copy of all results and while they won't give you any recommendations, it gives you plenty of information about your body that you can learn from yourself with the help of any AI chat. Little more details on our different group classes...All are a mix of movement, strength and mobility, but each class has a little different flavour and the pace, see below!
Monday 7:00 PM – Mixed Genders, All Levels, Hawksley Court Resource Centre, N16:
A high-energy circuit in our community gym. We mix strength, balance and coordination using free weights, machines, and bodyweight exercises.
Tuesday 9:15 AM – Mixed Genders, Beginner/Intermediate, Clissold Park - Pay What You Can:
We start with creative movement warm-up—think dance-inspired coordination and partner work on the basketball court—followed by a focused fast-paced strength circuit using weights and bodyweight.
Tuesday 10.30 AM – Women over 40 Small group class, All levels, Clissold Park: A smaller group class using small jumps and movement exercises for warm-up, specifically aimed at building up impact for bone strength and balance. Followed by a 5-station strength circuit at a slightly calmer pace to allow time to learn form and technique.
Thursday 10:30 AM – Women & Non-Binary folks, All Levels, Hawksley Court Resource Centre, N16:
A supportive session where we focus on strength and effort at a slightly steadier, more deliberate pace than the Monday circuit, allowing more time to learn form, technique and build confidence as well as strength.
Thursday 8:00 PM – Women & Non-Binary, Beginner/Intermediate Level, Hawksley Court Resource Centre, N16.
A faster-paced evening session with movement & games followed by a strength circuit using machines, free weights and playful partner work and balance challenges for a fun, social vibe.
Friday 11:30 AM – Shoreditch Park (Advanced / Circus Level)
Our "full-out" session! Using the outdoor gym and kettlebells, we push strength and coordination to the limit. This is for advanced level people with dance, circus or other sports backgrounds.
All are wheelchair accessible, contact me to discuss any other access needs
