I finally opened the Space NK Beauty Advent Calendar 2026… and this one is dangerous. 😭
It’s packed with skincare, makeup, haircare and fragrance, but I’m not keeping everything just because it came in a luxury advent calendar.
Every product has to earn its place.
If I genuinely want to use it, test it or know it fits my routine → KEEP.
If I already own it, won’t use it or think one of you would appreciate it more → 10K GIVEAWAY BOX.
And when I hit 10,000 followers, one person is winning the entire giveaway box. 👀
This is only the first calendar, so now I need you to choose what I open next:
UK , Beauty or Beauty?
Comment your vote and follow because the giveaway box is already getting ridiculous. 😭

There was a time when London became somewhere I missed from a distance.
Now I get to come home to it.
And somehow, even a September sunset from an Aldi UK car park can feel like proof that life really does find its way back to you. 🖤
If you’re rebuilding your life in your late 20s or 30s, I think you’ll understand why the ordinary moments start meaning so much more.

I wasn’t expecting to have favourites this quickly… 👀
I’ve been trying some makeup from • London and instead of just showing you the packaging, I wanted to actually put the shades on my skin.
I swatched the Wedding Cake Concealer in 9 Prestige, then tried both Bridal Blushers in Poison and Cranberry, followed by the Rich Glosses in Pomegranate and Haut Cocoa.
And considering how particular I am about blush and lip shades actually showing up properly on my complexion, there are definitely a couple here I’d reach for again. 👀
Poison or Cranberry? Pomegranate or Haut Cocoa? Tell me which side you’re on.
Follow for more honest shade tests, complexion references and beauty products that actually have to earn their place in my routine. 🤎

Apparently my under-eyes have been keeping receipts for every squint, eye rub and unnecessarily dramatic facial expression. 😭
I’ve been testing the Abib Collagen Eye Patch Jericho Rose Jelly — aka the Iron Patch — and what impressed me first was how firmly these actually stay put. The embossed jelly patch grips properly, so I can move around, get ready and make all the facial expressions I normally would without them sliding halfway down my face.
The formula combines vegan collagen + peptides for a smoother, firmer-looking eye area, caffeine for tired-looking eyes, and Jericho rose for hydration — basically targeting the dryness, tiredness and crepey look I notice around my own eyes most.
And yes, taking both patches off at the same time is ridiculously satisfying. 👀
If you like skincare tested on real skin with actual texture, rather than perfectly filtered under-eyes, follow because that’s exactly what I’m doing here.
Want to try them? I’ve added my Abib link + 5% off discount code to the Linktree in my bio. 🤎
Some of the greatest loves of your life won’t be romantic.
They’ll be the women who sit beside you while everything changes. The ones who hear the same story for the tenth time, remind you who you are when you’ve forgotten, and somehow have you laughing over lunch when life has given you every reason not to.
I think you understand this differently in your late 20s and 30s. 🤎
Send this to the woman who gave you your smile back.

I may have taken beauty advent calendar season slightly too seriously… 😭
Nearly £1,000 later, I now have four of the most talked-about beauty advent calendars of the year:
✨ Space NK
✨ Sephora
✨ Cult Beauty
✨ Selfridges
And we’re opening every single one.
But there’s a rule: I’m not keeping products just because they’re expensive or came from a luxury calendar. Everything has to earn its place.
If I genuinely want to use it, test it or know it belongs in my routine → KEEP.
If I already own it, won’t use it or think one of you would appreciate it more → 10K GIVEAWAY BOX.
And when I hit 10,000 followers, one follower is winning the entire box. 👀
So we have four calendars and potentially a ridiculous amount of beauty to get through…
Comment which one I should open FIRST — Space NK, Sephora, Cult Beauty or Selfridges — and follow so you don’t miss what makes it into the giveaway.

Taking off a full face of makeup is genuinely one of my favourite parts of the night.
I’ve been using The INKEY List Oat Cleansing Balm to break everything down, then following with the Exosome Hydro-Glow Serum for that fresh, hydrated finish afterwards.
The balm makes the makeup-removal step feel ridiculously satisfying, and the serum gives me that lightweight glow without making my skin feel overloaded.
Simple routine, very satisfying payoff.
If you like honest beauty content, real routines and products that actually have to earn their place, follow along — I’m testing a lot more than I’m hauling. 🤎

I nearly kept this to myself, but I needed to get it off my chest.
This is a storytime about a racist couple I encountered while waiting in A&E, and the part that stayed with me most was how casually it all happened.
Sometimes the most uncomfortable experiences aren’t dramatic enough to make headlines — they’re the everyday comments, looks and behaviour that remind you exactly how some people still think.
I’m curious whether anyone else has experienced something similar in a hospital, waiting room or other public place.
If you’ve ever had an encounter like this, I’d genuinely like to hear about it.

I wrote this poem years ago, but I think I finally understand who it belongs to.
To the women carrying more than anyone can see.
To the women rebuilding quietly.
To the women learning that beauty can be softness, confidence, ritual, armour — and sometimes just a way back to yourself.
This page may have started with skincare, haircare and makeup, but somewhere along the way it became about the women behind all of it.
If this made you feel seen, welcome to the tribe. 🤎
