For this transformation, I used 4 packs of Great Lengths hair extensions. I divided each bond in half to create 200 smaller bonds, then placed them carefully to build fullness while keeping the result soft and natural.
Bond size and placement are personal. I look at the client’s natural hair, where she wants volume, and how the extensions will move when she wears her hair up or down. The aim is a seamless finish that feels comfortable and looks like her hair. 🤍

Wet balayage is a technique I use to bring light back to the face frame and ends. By painting selected strands while the hair is damp, I can place brightness exactly where it will be seen, while keeping depth underneath for a softer, more dimensional blonde.
A final tone brings it all together: creamy, luminous colour with a natural feel. 🤍

A brunette with depth, light and movement 🤎
For this look, I kept the richness of the brunette and added soft beige ribbons, with brighter pieces around the face. The colour blends gently from the roots, so it feels polished without a sharp line as it grows out.
Long layers and a sweeping face frame give the hair its shape. I finished it with a full, bouncy blow-dry, turning the front away from the face and curving the ends under for that soft, luxurious movement.

When I create a blonde, I want it to have depth as well as brightness. For this look, I kept the root soft and natural, then brought ribbons of beige blonde through the lengths, with a little more light around the face. The deeper bronde tones in between are what make the blonde stand out without looking flat.
I kept the length full, added soft layers for movement, and finished it with relaxed waves so you can see every tone as the hair moves.
This is the kind of colour I love creating at Sixty8 Hair Atelier: beautiful in the salon, but still effortless when you wear it yourself.
