Quality time, off clinic duty 🎾✨

Yesterday, Drs Tatiana + Rishi took a little time away from their incredibly busy schedules to head to Queen’s and enjoy one of their favourite shared pastimes: tennis.

Between clinic, theatre lists, consultations, training, travelling, family life and everything else that goes on behind the scenes, it can be easy to keep going without pausing.

But taking time for each other matters 🙏

✅ Time to switch off.
✅ Time to reconnect.
✅ Time to enjoy something outside of work.
✅ Time to simply be together.

As clinicians, Drs T+R spend so much of their lives caring for others - but moments like these are such an important reminder that rest, self-care and balance are not luxuries.

They are essential 👏👏👏

Whether it’s an afternoon at the tennis, a walk, a quiet dinner, or just a few hours away from the usual pace, making space to recharge helps us show up better in every area of life.

The process is beautifully straightforward:

Typically, only one treatment is needed to see visible results - as you may have seen with Dr Rishi himself! - and maintenance can be considered at around the six-month mark depending on your skin, goals and treatment plan.
