With First communion's well underway we're operating the same service as we have always done, call in a few days before hand and get the haircut and then on the morning of the communion pop in for a blow dry and style, we'll have them looking great for all the photos 🤵‍♂️😎.....

It's with a heavy heart we write this post....
A good friend and former partner John Gorman or John the barber as people knew him sadly passed away, a lot of people will remember before Stairway barbers it started as JP barbers (John & Pete).
We first opened in 2003 and for anyone who had the privilege of sitting on John's chair will remember the laughs the banter and the slagging, John had a way of giving people a lift if you were having a bad day or something was annoying you he could make you laugh and raise you spirits every day we had a laugh at work, John was the heart and soul of night's out weekends away he loved organising everyone together for a good session and I'm sure the craic will be 90 up in heaven now.
Rest easy big man 🙏❤️💔

Pete & Leanne will be off for a few days next week (Leanne only working next Wednesday 11th)

Shop will be open as normal although there may be longer wait times!!!
