Few things to note going into Autumn;
Ive now 3 babies in full time education so my home demands when they return are about to become heavier.
Ive noticed recently quite a few clients changing to later requests in the day, my most sought after time is 3pm or shortly after due to alot of teachers and class room assistants so these times r very limited as it is. Making any further request later and later. I Feel like ive already given my last breath in the last 13 years, I dont want to reach burn out this year too. Plz if you can accommodate earlier times then do. If that means your day off, a lunch time appointment etc then ill always accommodate those requests and try make it work for both you and me. My family is my priority always. It may come to a point where I make a decision to change my working hours, im taking September to see how that goes. I hope i can continue to accommodate everyone but im just one woman

Not once but TWICE today i was reminded of just how long some of my clients are with me.
Ciara had an 11YEAR memory while Niamh had a 12YEAR memory come up this week. Niamh also provided me with some dodgy photo evidence 😆 and I remember this set like it was yesterday. She was my 3rd independent acrylic set after training and it took me close to 3hrs believe it or not lol. She deserves come credit for returning 😆 Just a reminder of how far ive come within my self employment. How proper client care brings returning custom otherwise it's not a productive business. This reminds me more than ever to never slip in my standards as ppl like this are gold dust and the reason I still exist in business. Thank you to these two gorgeous girls today but also to all my regulars... my bread and butter 🧈 😋 you are appriciated more than you could ever know. To you its nails; to me it's everything ✨️
