Same body. Completely different biology. This is what Lipedema actually looks like beneath the skin. I felt i needed to address this, it has been pulling at my heart strings lately, i have had clients coming in asking for advice, diagnoses, mentioning all different kinds of diets, exercises regimes they have been trying. And blaming themselves, i see body insecurities , i want to say STOP this is not your fault, this is a biological illness. I am NOT a lymphatic drainage specialist i work within my field of scope. Yes i have been getting you results, mobility for you. I cannot diagnose or give you official advice. Consistency is key with any lymphatic issues! Please be more kinder to yourself! 💙
On the left a healthy fat lobule. Small, organized, and surrounded by tissue that moves and drains the way it should.
On the right Lipedema fat wrapped in fibrotic bands. The lobules are enlarged, the structure is disrupted, and those tight fibrotic bands constrict the surrounding vessels and nerves with every single movement.
This is why the pain is real. This is why the swelling returns. This is why no amount of calorie restriction changes the shape of Lipedema tissue the way it does with regular fat. The architecture itself is fundamentally different.
Fibrosis means the tissue has hardened around abnormal fat in a way that resists drainage, resists weight loss, and creates the kind of chronic pressure that makes your legs feel heavy, tender, and exhausted by midday, pain, bruises from little touches. My dogs paw gave me a bruise for 5 weeks!
This is not a picture of someone who needs to try harder. This is a picture of a condition that requires specialized care, not generic advice.

👣 The Benefits of a Thai Foot Massage
A Thai foot massage is far more than a relaxing treat — it’s a deeply therapeutic treatment that supports the whole body. I follow the 10 main Sen lines which are fundamental for Thai foot massage.
Rooted in traditional Thai medicine and reflexology, this massage works on the feet and lower legs, stimulating reflex points that correspond to different organs and systems within the body.
✨ Benefits include:
• Improves circulation in the feet and legs
• Helps reduce swelling and fluid retention
• Relieves tired, aching feet
• Encourages deep relaxation
• Supports the nervous system
• May help ease headaches, digestive issues and stress
• Promotes balance and overall wellbeing
Because the feet contain thousands of nerve endings, working on them can have a powerful calming effect on the entire body. Many people feel lighter, grounded and deeply relaxed after a session.
A Thai foot massage is especially beneficial if you:
• Spend long hours on your feet
• Sit for long periods
• Experience leg heaviness or tension
• Need time to switch off and reset
Sometimes the greatest healing starts from the ground up 🌿

This lovely client had a course of 3 treatments for 3 weeks, Cavitation, RF, Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage. A week apart. She feels amazing and looks Fierce and Fabulous. Real results, no Filters.
What is fat cavitation and does it actually work? 👀
Fat cavitation is a non-invasive treatment that uses ultrasound technology to break down stubborn fat cells.
These fat cells are then naturally processed and eliminated by your body through the lymphatic system 💧
👉 It’s perfect for areas like:
• Stomach
• Thighs
• Love handles
• Arms
Does it hurt?
No—most people feel a warm sensation and slight buzzing in the ears.
Is it a weight loss treatment?
No—this is for body contouring, not overall weight loss. It works best alongside a healthy lifestyle (which I always support my clients with , i am a qualified chef with food nutrition knowledge 🙌)
How many sessions do you need?
Everyone is different, but a course of treatments gives the best results.
✨ Ideal for mums & women 40+ dealing with stubborn areas that won’t shift
Real results. No surgery. No downtime.

🌿 Before We Chase the Symptoms… Clean the Bowl First. This is a long one.
Imagine for a moment…
A beautiful goldfish is struggling to survive.
The water is cloudy.
There is very little oxygen.
Waste has built up.
The environment has become stagnant.
Now imagine standing there…
Trying different medications.
Different supplements.
Different diets.
Different quick fixes.
Yet no one stops to ask the simplest question…
“What is the fish living in?”
Because perhaps…
The fish isn’t the problem.
The environment is.
Isn’t it amazing how often we do exactly the same thing with our own bodies?
We spend years chasing:
• Fatigue
• Swelling
• Brain fog
• Digestive discomfort
• Hormonal imbalances
• Poor sleep
• Chronic inflammation
• Anxiety
• Pain
One symptom after another…
One diagnosis after another…
One new product after another…
Until we slowly begin believing that our body has become our enemy.
But what if…
Your body isn’t trying to fight you?
What if it has been trying to protect you all along?
What if many of your symptoms are not signs that your body has failed…
But signs that it has been working tirelessly to adapt to the environment it has been given?
Every one of the trillions of cells in your body lives in an environment.
Not in isolation.
Not alone.
Every heartbeat…
Every breath…
Every movement…
Every meal…
Every hour of sleep…
Every stressful day…
Every moment of peace…
Shapes the world your cells wake up in.
That environment is influenced by:
🫁 The oxygen you breathe.
💧 The water you drink.
🥗 The food you eat.
🌿 The movement of your lymphatic system.
❤️ Your circulation.
😴 Your sleep.
🧠 Your nervous system.
🚶 Your movement.
🙏 Your emotional wellbeing.
☀️ Your daily habits.
When that internal environment becomes inflamed…
When tissues receive less oxygen…
When sleep is poor…
When stress hormones remain elevated…
When movement decreases…
When nutrition is lacking…
When the lymphatic system isn’t moving efficiently…
Your cells have to work much harder simply to do the jobs they were beautifully created to do.
This does not mean every illness is caused by the environment.
It does not mean every disease can be reversed.
And it certainly does not replace appropriate medical assessment or treatment.
The environment surrounding our cells matters.
When we nourish that environment…
We support healthy circulation.
We support oxygen delivery.
We support healthy lymphatic function.
We support immune function.
We support tissue repair.
We support metabolic health.
Not because the body performs miracles on command…
But because it was created with remarkable wisdom, resilience, and the ability to adapt.
I don’t simply ask
“Where does it hurt?”
I also ask,
“What kind of environment are your cells living in?”
Because sometimes the greatest gift we can give the body isn’t another battle…
It’s better conditions.
Gentle movement.
Deep breathing.
Nutritious food.
Hydration.
Restorative sleep.
Stress regulation.
Healthy relationships.
Lymphatic support.
Compassion.
These aren’t quick fixes.
They’re daily investments into the environment your cells call home.
🌿
Maybe healing isn’t always about fighting harder.
Maybe…
It’s about creating an environment where the body has the best opportunity to do what it was wonderfully designed to do.
Perhaps it’s time we stopped asking,
“How do I fight my body?”
And started asking,
“How can I better care for the environment my body lives in?”
Because when we change the environment…
Sometimes everything else begins to make a little more sense.
Your body is not your enemy.
It has been carrying you…
Protecting you…
Compensating for you…
Adapting for you…
Every single day.
Maybe today is the day we stop fighting the fish…
And start caring for the bowl.
🌿 A Gentle Educational Note
The “Clean the Bowl First” concept is a teaching analogy rather than an established medical theory. It reminds us that the environment surrounding our cells—shaped by factors such as movement, sleep, nutrition, stress, hydration, oxygen delivery, and healthy lymphatic and circulatory function—plays an important role in overall health.
Supporting these foundations does not guarantee the reversal of disease, nor does it replace appropriate medical diagnosis or treatment. Instead, it helps create an internal environment where the body’s natural systems have the best opportunity to function as they were designed.
Because healthy cells are far more likely to thrive in a healthy environment.
