Ok so here goes it !!
Since becoming a single mummy just over a year ago, I became so consumed with looking after my beautiful daughter that in the process I forgot to look after myself.
Tired eyes, that “Baby Weight” still clinging on, self confidence lowering, losing the energy to do what I love, letting my business slip, sound familiar?!
Well us ladies and mummies need to let go of that guilt and give more time to ourselves in which ever way benefits us the most. So this is the start of my journey that I want to share, I have found that the things us women are most embarrassed talking about, are the things we are actually all thinking anyway and all it takes is one of us to put it out there and then we can all laugh and or cry about.
