Such a gorgeous venue - there's free parking, Jorge's lovely deli, and café and a lifestyle/interiors store on the same site. I'll be coming over later today - love giving Indian Head massages here, the autumn colours are just beautiful at the moment.

Teachers wanted: Yoga, Pilates, TRX & High Energy Fitness Classes

Wellspring is a friendly, welcoming wellness centre set in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside. We have two large studios (one downstairs, one upstairs), a lounge and chill-out area, a self-service kitchen, changing rooms with showers and three treatment rooms, all with a lovely countryside view. We run around 22-25 classes a week and have a lovely, growing community. We're looking to add some new teachers to our team.

We're looking for teachers in:

Yoga (any style, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin )
Mat Pilates / Fitness Pilates
TRX
High Energy Fitness & Strength Classes

About the role

Classes are 1 hour, with slots available across the week (mornings, evenings and weekends)
Established timetable with a supportive team of teachers

Pay: £30-£48 per class (self-employed), depending on attendance

Enjoy free access to every class on our timetable, from yoga and Pilates to barre, aerial and TRX. It's a great way to keep up your own practice and get to know the team.

What we need from you

A recognised teaching qualification in your discipline (for example a 200-hour+ yoga teacher training recognised by Yoga Alliance or the BWY, a Level 3 Pilates or matwork qualification, a TRX Suspension Training Instructor qualification, or a Level 2/3 Fitness Instructor qualification)
Current public liability and professional indemnity insurance
A current first aid certificate (or willingness to get one)
Membership of a professional body, where applicable
Experience teaching group classes and confidence adapting for different levels and abilities
A warm, professional, reliable approach and a genuine love of helping people feel good

Some days feel special. Today was one of them.

I felt privileged to soothe the heads, necks and shoulders of some amazing people at Boots UK in Nottingham today as part of their Benny Day event.

Different conversations- and yet one common theme. To feel well in order to perform well, recognising the value of a little time out to ease tension, loosen muscles and quieten minds. I loved the positivity and the authenticity- and I hope they all sleep well tonight. ❤️
